As a trauma-informed practitioner, she has worked extensively with families in crisis across community agency settings including crisis centers, youth agencies, and homeless shelters.

Briana has also supported adolescent and adult women navigating partner violence, eating disorders, mental health concerns, substance use disorders, family crisis, poverty, chronic illness, and homelessness.

Grounded in strengths-based and person-centered treatment, Briana aims to partner with clients through crisis at a pace that feels comfortable for them. Using a systems approach, she helps clients understand themselves through connections to others and identify strengths and available resources for positive change.

Briana integrates cognitive-behavioral therapy to help clients explore thoughts and feelings and develop healthier pathways in relationships. As a holistic practitioner, she recognizes that mental health can be supported through mind, body, and spirit. She is also a certified fitness and nutrition coach and certified alcohol and substance abuse counselor.

Briana believes small changes can have meaningful impact. Her philosophy honors each person’s inherent worth and potential, and recognizes that while relationships may sometimes feel tangled, solutions are always possible.
