Michelle Conelli, LMFT, LCSW-R, RPT
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and Registered Play Therapist with 32 years of experience in the mental health field.

A collaborative, integrative approach
Michelle uses an eclectic approach with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families to meet their individual needs. Her work draws upon family systems, couples therapy, solution-focused and strength-based practices, cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, attachment theory, and play therapy modalities.
Areas of clinical focus
Michelle specializes in anxiety and emotional dysregulation in children and adults, ADHD, depression, behavior concerns at home and school, grief and loss, trauma, chronic stress, separation and divorce, co-parenting, parent coaching, relationship and family conflict, and play therapy.
Supporting families through change
As a presenter and facilitator for the P.E.A.C.E. Program (Parent Education and Custody Effectiveness), Michelle supports families navigating separation, divorce, remarriage, and co-parenting. Her approach centers on reducing stress and conflict as much as possible for all individuals involved.
Michelle recognizes play as integral to children’s social and emotional development. A member of The Association for Play Therapy, she is trained in Sandplay Therapy and Child Centered Play Therapy, and earned her Registered Play Therapist credential in 2012.
Michelle is trained in EMDR, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and is working toward EMDRIA certification. She uses this model in her trauma-informed work with children, incorporating play and bilateral stimulation to support identification and processing of difficult emotions.
Michelle established Lighthouse Integrative Counseling Services, PLLC, in 2016 and remains dedicated to promoting emotional health for people of all ages.
